Elementary-aged kids are perfect for the top exhibits: the Center for African Apes and the northern loop by the African Journey, with rhinos, giraffes, zebras, polar bears, and penguins. In addition, check out the Seal Pool, especially underwater viewing. These kids may be a little too old for the Farm-in-the-Zoo, although seeing milking of cows, feeding cows, or petting goats may still be popular. The climbing area in the Children's Zoo can be a big hit for kids this age.
