Tickets are $29.95 for adults, and $20.95 for children up to 11 years old, though children 2 and under are free. Seniors 65 and older are $24.95.
Prices on this page are for non-members only, see the membership page for information about member discounts.
Parking is $17 per car at the main (North) gate, or $20 at the south gate.
If you want to avoid the lines, you can purchase tickets online at the zoo's tickets page.
Wild Encounters costs extra: $6 per adult and $3 per child/senior. The carousel costs $3 per child and $4 per adult (adults standing beside small children don't need to pay).
The Play Zoo is $2 per person (child or adult), while the motor safari is $6 for adults, $3 for kids ages 3-11, and $4 for seniors.
Of the extras, Wild Encounters is the one I recommended the most, and potentially the only one I'd recommend if you're just at the zoo for one day or visit rarely. If you have small kids, the Play Zoo is also a great break for an art project or playtime. (The dolphin show is also great, but currently closed.)
There are also extra costs to feed animals at various places in the zoo: 2 quarters for a handful of goat food in Wild Encounters, $2 for a small stick of parakeet food in Wild Encounters (credit cards accepted for the parakeets), and $10 to feed giraffes (giraffe feeding is only available seasonally and at specific times—you get 3 pieces of lettuce, so you can have 3 different people feed a giraffe for the $10, go to the Habitat Africa page for more information about the giraffes).
Free days are usually in the winter only, and other discounts are uncommon but see our free day/discount page for more information.
